WORK WITH DR. FORD
You don’t need someone to tell you what you want to hear. You need someone willing to challenge how you’re thinking.
One on one executive coaching for leaders. Advisory, workshops and keynotes for organizations.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
The Quest Engagement
Who it is for
- Newly appointed executives and CISOs stepping into a bigger seat.
- Technical leaders promoted for excellence who now have to lead people.
- High performers who are capable and still waiting to be told they are ready.
What changes
- You stop measuring yourself against other people and start measuring against yesterday.
- You build the standards, habits, and self check-ins that a great mentor would hold you to.
- You lead from readiness instead of reaction.
How it works
1. Strategy Session
90 minutes. We diagnose where you are, where you are headed, and what is in the way. You leave with a written plan. The fee is credited toward the engagement if you continue.
2. The Quest Engagement
Two sessions per month for six months, with direct access between sessions when it matters.
Limited availability
I hold an executive role and keep my client roster small on purpose.
WORK WITH DR. FORD
The first step costs 90 minutes. The cost of waiting is harder to measure.
Send a short note about your role and what you want to work on. I will reply with available times.
ADVISORY · BUSINESS · TECHNOLOGY · CYBERSECURITY
Advisory for leaders who carry real risk.
Advisory and workshops for credit unions, financial institutions, and growth stage companies.
Executive Advisory
A monthly advisory relationship for leadership teams and boards. Leadership development, risk communication, board readiness, and the hard conversations no one inside wants to start.
Leadership Workshops
Half day and full day sessions built on The Quest for Leadership. Every participant leaves with a copy of the book and a personal plan.
Keynotes
Talks on self-leadership, the hustle philosophy, and why leadership is not hierarchy. Built for associations, conferences, and leadership retreats.
The gap between the boardroom and the server room is almost always a leadership gap.
I run security and risk at a financial institution today. I have helped scale startups and led inside global enterprises.
I speak the language of the boardroom and the server room, and I know that when the two stop understanding each other, the problem is rarely technical.
